SonarQube Community Build upgrade overview

Follow these steps to upgrade your SonarQube Community Build instance to a newer version:

1. Read SonarQube Community Build release cycle model.
2. Determine the upgrade path.
3. Read the upgrade notes between the old and new SonarQube Community Build version. 
4. Test the upgrade.
5. Back up the SonarQube Server database.
6. Perform the upgrade.
7. Perform the post-upgrade steps.
