Installation requirements overview
This section describes general hardware and software requirements for the SonarQube Community Build.
We recommend that for production installation, the database used by SonarQube Community Build is hosted on a machine that is physically separate from the SonarQube Community Build host, with low latency between both hosts.
You cannot deploy SonarQube with Azure App Service or AWS App Runner because these services don't allow the configuration required on Linux to comply with Elasticsearch. Using these services may cause issues that will ultimately make SonarQube unreliable and unsuitable for enterprise production use.
