Changing default quality profile

By default, the language’s BUILT-IN quality profile, Sonar way, is the profile assigned to projects not explicitly associated with another quality profile.

By default, the language’s built-in profile Sonar way is the quality profile assigned to projects not explicitly associated with another quality profile. With the Administer Quality Profiles permission, you can change a language’s default quality profile.

To change the default quality profile assigned to a language:

1. Go to Quality Profiles.

2. Locate the row of the quality profile you want to set as the default quality profile.

3. In the far right of the row, select the three-dot button and select Set as Default in the menu.
