Managing user accounts

This section explains basic concepts related to user management in SonarCloud, how to administer your users, and how to set up SAML SSO authentication.

Basic concepts

Users can be authenticated in SonarCloud through your DevOps platform service (DOP) or, with the enterprise plan, through your identity provider (IdP). The user group concept, defined at the organization level, is used to manage permissions and organization membership.
