Setting up the connection to Slack

SonarQube Cloud integration with Slack a beta feature, subject to the terms here.

To set up the SonarQube Cloud connection to Slack you must connect your Slack workspace to SonarQube Cloud.

Prerequisites

You must be an admin of your Slack workspace.

Connecting your Slack workspace to SonarQube Cloud

1. In your Slack workspace’s navigation bar, select More > Automations > Apps.
2. In the top right corner, select the Open Slack marketplace button.
3. Search for SonarQube Cloud app and install it.
   Once the installation is complete, the Permissions page opens.
4. Configure and validate the permissions. SonarQube Cloud is now connected to your Slack workspace.

Users can now subscribe to notifications in the workspace.
